Delivery and shipping costs

As a rule we deliver our products "Free to the door" - within Germany (without islands and high mountains), not unloaded.

At "ex works" prices you receive with a written or telephone offer  in advance, at the latest with the dispatch of the order confirmation, information about packaging and transport costs.

For deliveries of products that only with special lifting gear which can be unloaded, you will of course receive corresponding information in advance. The delivery will also be advised in good time.

Delivery

The delivery takes place within Germany with parcel service or forwarding agency. We have been working with our proven shipping partners for many years. The quality of our partners has fully convinced us.

Shipping costs

The prices stated on the product pages are exclusive of statutory VAT (currently 19%) and apply to deliveries within Germany (excluding islands and high mountains), not unloaded. We deliver free domicile with unloading on site.

Short quantities

Domestic orders
The minimum order value is EUR 25,- (excl. VAT). If the minimum order value is not reached, a surcharge will be added until the minimum order value is reached. You will also be informed of this in a subsequent order confirmation.

Foreign orders
The minimum order value is EUR 50,- (excl. VAT). If the minimum order value is not reached, a surcharge will be added until the minimum order value is reached. You will also be informed of this in a subsequent order confirmation.

Further additional costs

Further additional costs which are not paid or invoiced by us (e.g. customs duties) do not apply.
