Upon delivery, the customer must check whether the goods delivered or the service provided are of the contractually agreed quality and suitable for the intended use.

Transport damage must be noted on the delivery note. Ideally, the transport damage should be documented with photos. Otherwise, the regulations of § 377 HGB (German Commercial Code) shall apply.

Obvious defects must be reported comprehensively and in writing within 10 days after receipt of the goods. We will send you our damage form for this purpose.

We shall, at our discretion and taking into account the interests of the customer, remedy any defects in the goods delivered or services rendered which are notified in good time, or we shall subsequently deliver defect-free goods or remedy services.

If these measures do not lead to success, the customer is entitled to the legal rights. Goods which are the subject of complaint may only be returned with our express consent and after prior agreement. For shipments that reach us WITHOUT our return delivery note, the freight costs and restocking costs incurred for forwarding to the responsible returns warehouse will be charged to the customer. With a defect removal by own initiative without arrangement cost and warranty claims are void.

In the event of justified notification of defects, we shall reimburse the costs of the cheapest return transport of the goods complained about or have the goods collected by our in-house forwarding agent.
